All payments are made securely + I will dispatch your purchase once payment has been received.

UK Mainland 

- I aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to a week to receive your order.

 

Cards are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class + costs are included in sale price.

Artwork + wreath orders are sent via Royal Mail first class, tracked - see costs below.

Postage costs 

- click + collect FREE.

- £7.00 for mini wreaths + artwork to UK addresses.

- Orders over £40 FREE

*Please note due to the current Covid19 crisis, I will be limiting my post office visits.

If you require a speedy postal service, please let me know + I'll do my best to get your order to you in time - this may cost extra, depending on your order. 

refunds + returns

I can offer a refund on cards + prints as long as they are in a saleable condition, undamaged + returned within 14 days of delivery.

All original artwork is non-refundable, sorry.

Every item is packed by myself + I am careful to ensure each item is packed undamaged, I cannot be liable for any damage caused in the post.

Please note, that the customer is responsible for the cost of any returns.

I am unable to reimburse any postage costs or pay for any handling fees, local tax or Customs fees ~ these charges are at the customer's own expense.
